Does Good Education Really Guarantee Success Future?

Now, analyze the essay below : find out which one is the Introduction (General Statement & Thesis Statement), Opposing view, Rebuttal, Argument, and conclusion.also, find out which one the way to use in the essay below (Block Point or Point by Point?)

Some people in this world believe that without good education someone will not succeed in future life. As many as 47% of people in the world In the Debat.org forum, they said "After we graduated, waiting for the tools for the job, do you really think that the certificates we have made for centuries will affect us for the key to success? What matters is confidence. Windows Creator, Bill Gates, he is the best example that proves that education does not completely prevent him from becoming a billionaire. Whatever it is, rest assured! "
From the quotation above, I believe that good education is not the main determinant of a person's success in the future. Based on research conducted by the Harvard Business Review published in February 2018, 8% of successful CEOs in the world did not complete their education and did not take a good education. A perfect example of this situation was the creator of the apple, Steve Jobs, who left Reed College because of the fact that his parents could not afford to pay for his education. As we all know, that did not stop him from building an empire that is now worth around $ 100 million. So, even though a good education can help you in building a career path, it does not mean that you will be successful in the future, because the most important qualities to guarantee a successful future are we must become a proven insider, overindex on results and be a talent magnet.
A good education is not mean it will make you successful in the future, not even all graduates with high GPA are easy to get a job. Since good education only builds a career path but that does not guarantee that you will succeed in the future. Furthermore, high GPA is also not a determinant of success, because a high GPA without coupled with good skills and work ethic will be useless.
Besides, based on research conducted by Powell, CEOs without a degree also live on average 25% longer in roles and hold 13% fewer roles than their college graduate executive colleagues. It usually takes 15% longer for them to get to the CEO seat. So, the most important thing to guarantees success in the future is that we must have the skills, have an effort, and never give up. Do not only oriented to GPA, but more skill development is needed.  In conclusion, although good education helps a person to design a career, a good education is not a guarantee of one's future success.
